A Review of Rachael Ray's Weight Loss Program

The Rachel Ray Weight Loss Blog is a blog written and maintained by the actress herself. She is an advocate of "raw foods", as defined by the late Dr. Earl Mindell, and advocates their use in place of traditional cooked food. (The Eat Stop Eat Diet is a program created by the same people who developed the raw food diet.) She also claims to have lost weight on a raspberry ketone diet.

It seems that every time we turn around, someone is asking about her weight loss regime. I have read on her website that she supports a weight loss spa, but I could not find any evidence that she does, in fact, use one. From her publicity, it appears that she uses a sauna several times a week. Her own weight loss program is not advertised on her website, nor are the programs of other affiliates who have sponsored her. I have seen no advertisements on her site for her own weight loss program or any others.

There are some things you can learn from the Rachel Ray Weight Loss Blog. First, she is clearly a very passionate fitness and nutrition consultant. She is clear about the dangers of fad diets and that weight loss should be achieved gradually. She is unimpressed by the numerous weight loss systems offered on the internet and has accused them of being "just another marketing ploy".

Secondly, there is a lot of talk on her weight loss program page about detoxes and colon cleansing. It appears to me that she may be a strong opponent of colon cleansing because of the harmful effects it may have on her health. She does mention using acai berry products in place of colon cleansers but does not promote it as an alternative method. I believe that she would rather lose weight slowly by natural methods, such as diet and exercise, then use a harsh cleansing product.

The only reason I found her weight loss program interesting was her emphasis on high protein foods. This seems to be a fairly new theme for a weight loss program website. However, I do recommend this strategy if you are trying to lose weight. Many people find that they are more successful if they stick with a high protein diet and increasing their physical activity.

The only major mistake that I noticed in her program was her tendency to push her readers to buy unnecessary products. At one point she recommends a product that claims to reduce your waist line by up to 10 inches. When I asked her about it, she told me that this was a miracle product and that everyone who bought it had lost weight. I asked why she recommended it and she said that it was good for her health. I guess that all body types can use something that promises to help them lose weight quickly and easily.

Overall, I enjoyed reading the Rachael Ray weight loss program. The book is very informative and entertaining. It has attracted some controversial comments from people who are against weight loss programs such as the Atkins Diet. I personally disagree with the concept that you should completely eliminate any carbohydrates from your diet in order to lose weight. Although there are many benefits to this diet, I also believe that most people would benefit from adding some carbohydrates to their diet occasionally to help maintain muscle mass and keep the metabolism operating at a high rate.

Overall, this is a good online resource for those who are trying to lose weight, but might not think it is possible to do so through diet and exercise alone. The Rachael Ray weight loss blog is a great place for those who are serious about their weight loss goals to check on what is new in the world of dieting and exercise. The blog itself is entertaining and informative. The book is not bad either. In fact, I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about the ins and outs of losing weight and maintaining health while doing it.
