Rachael Ray Weight Loss Blog Entries - Worm Diet Secrets
Rachael Ray and her famous weight loss program have helped thousands of people every year lose weight and keep it off. Her popular DVD and book, "The Biggest Loser" helped to boost public awareness and help people who were obese manage their weight. Today, she is back with a new eBook, "The Truth About Weight Loss."
The first half of the book is dedicated to recipes for breakfast and lunch. These recipes are healthy and tasty. Some are even made vegetarian, allowing those on a weight loss plan to eat something without cutting it out completely. Some interesting options include vegan cheese omelets, a delicious breakfast smoothie, and quinoa salad. Other foods in this section include smoked salmon and smoked tuna, a very good entree.
The second half of the book includes a look at Rachael ray weight gain tips. This section includes ways to eat breakfast and lunch and snacks to energize before and after working out. For example, one recipe says to make a baked potato and add some salsa, guacamole and sour cream to it for a delicious lunch option.
The final part of the book contains information on using Rachael ray's weight-loss drug, ChexSystems, as well as her workout program. While it is not included in the eBook, it can be purchased separately. ChexSystems is a pharmaceutical company that sells drugs to help people control their appetite. It is unclear whether or not Rachael ray used ChexSystems or if she obtained her prescription through her doctor.
One of the more interesting sections of this book includes an interview with a former Miss Brazilian who won a weigh-in contest to become the first female "Gentle Giant" from the United States. The winner's trainer was interviewed and talked about mental power, being able to tap into your own insect power and how Rachael ray can do the same thing. She explained that her client's gained a lot of pounds simply by thinking about food. Her philosophy for helping people stay motivated was based around mental power and mental acuity. In her words, "you can eat whatever you want as long as you're thinking about food."
I found this to be an interesting concept, and while I agree that thinking about food is important, I also realized that sometimes you need to get your protein directly, like with meal replacement shakes. I didn't see any mention of taking a multivitamin supplement along with ChexSystems. I would definitely recommend this as a supplement to help with gaining muscle and losing belly fat. The main point though is that you should never rely on just meal replacement alone to lose your belly fat. If you want to gain muscle, you need to integrate exercises like pushups, sit-ups and jumping jacks into your workout routine.
The worm method also makes use of meal replacement and while I don't recommend it, some people do find it to be helpful. The worm diet consists of a three day rotation where you eat nothing but worms (also called betas). Betas are similar to the little bitzenoids that you find in vegetable supplements. Rachael Ray uses the same diet plan as she uses for her rusk weight loss program.
As a side note, it's important that you realize that while meal replacement is a great way to gain lean muscle, it's not something you can rely on solely to lose fat. When I was trying to put on muscle mass I made a lot of mistakes that were costly for me. I used a lot of faulty techniques that resulted in my failure. This is why I recommend using a good meal replacement technique combined with other weight loss drugs and exercise. You will have to be dedicated if you want to learn how to develop muscles like Rachael ray. The best way to go about doing this is to get all the information you can and follow through with your plans consistently.
